YOUR responsibility:

  • Deliver high quality counselling services to Artius clients presenting with mild mental health needs;
  • Providing expert level care to all including vulnerable clientele from diverse backgrounds; 
  • Be a proactive and an integral part of the team which could include: implementing strategies or service improvement ideas and responding to customer feedback to grow the referrals via interactions with our team; 
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary network in the provision of programs to deliver positive mental health outcomes across the region.

About YOU:

  • Must hold a Certificate IV in Mental Health and a valid drivers licence;
  • Current Blue and Yellow card or ability to obtain them;
  • Have experience in individual and group based psycho education and therapeutic programs; 
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of evidence based, short term, solutions focused, psychological strategies; 
  • Excellent relationship building skills and strong background working from a strengths based approach.
