YOUR responsibility:
- Deliver high quality counselling services to Artius clients presenting with mild mental health needs;
- Providing expert level care to all including vulnerable clientele from diverse backgrounds;
- Be a proactive and an integral part of the team which could include: implementing strategies or service improvement ideas and responding to customer feedback to grow the referrals via interactions with our team;
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary network in the provision of programs to deliver positive mental health outcomes across the region.
About YOU:
- Must hold a Certificate IV in Mental Health and a valid drivers licence;
- Current Blue and Yellow card or ability to obtain them;
- Have experience in individual and group based psycho education and therapeutic programs;
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of evidence based, short term, solutions focused, psychological strategies;
- Excellent relationship building skills and strong background working from a strengths based approach.
